Refund policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

We want you to be happy with your new RC gear. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any eligible item.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Brand new, unused, and in the original, unopened packaging.

  • Originality: All manuals, tools, and accessories that came with the product must be included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your receipt or order confirmation must be provided.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

To ensure safety and quality for all customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Batteries (LiPo/NiMH): For safety reasons, batteries cannot be returned once the seal or packaging is opened.

  • Modified Products: Any vehicle or part that has been soldered, painted, or altered.

  • Clearance Items: Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

4. Fees & Shipping

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to cover inspection and processing.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges from the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. How to Start a Return

If you need to send something back, follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Contact our team at supports@ashcarrc.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Once we review your request, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Ship It Back: Use a trackable shipping service. Ashcar RC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed back to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
